I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your crew at “Tile Guys” for a job well done. Recently, you re-tiled the kitchen floor in our rental property after it was discovered that the existing tiles were defective. On our behalf, you negotiated with the tile manufacturer and secured their agreement to replace all the tile needed in order to re-install the floor at no cost to Martha and I.
